  1. Hi! Just found your site and I appreciate the resources you have gathered. Just wanted to mention that PBU is now called Cairn University. I’ll be watching for their Phys. Ed. events – they sound great!

    1. Hi Gina! Glad you enjoyed my site. Thank you for the reminder to update my information. I found out about the name change of PBU recently. Their gym classes are wonderful. Maybe I’ll see you there!

  2. Hi, I was wondering if the Antioch of Calvary Church 4721 Chestnut St., Phila, PA 19139 site will be having any homeschooling events/classes for the 2014-2015 school year.

  3. Along the line of what Ms. Schwab was asking, does anyone know of a Christian alternative to the Girl Scouts, as the GSA don’t mirror certain religious values?
I am thinking of Pioneer Girls or Camp Fire Girls or American Heritage Girls. Are there any in the Philadelphia area. I am sure parents in the city would love to know about them.

  4. Hello yall! My family and I have moved to Roxborough/ Manayunk area. We’ve been here for ten months and now its time to get to know some homeschoolers! Can anyone direct me on where to get plugged or started in my local area? my kids range from 6 – 13 years old .
