Check out the Blog!

Head on over to the actual blog, not just an email in your inbox!
And see what’s been added!

It’s taken quite some time but all in ONE click you can click on a website to (MOST) every place that has been listed on the blog at some point!! Whew!!! Check out the Quick Links Tab.

All in ONE spot, to this organized crazy woman, that’s awesome!! Use this to find some classes you could organize and visit with a group of homeschoolers!

And scroll to the very end to find links to each of the Phantastic Philadelphia Field Trips posts! (7 sets of great trip lists!) 6 years of posts!!!!

– – – – – – – – – – –

Newly added is also a listing of “all known to me” Annual Homeschool Days. Check on the tab with the same title to see that listing! Most are located here in Philly, but I did throw in some a little further away.

– – – – – – – – – – –

Do you have a teen or soon to be homeschooling thru high school? Check out the Teen Tab for a listing of Internships, Classes, Programs, Dual Enrollment, and Diploma Programs!

– – – – – – – – – – –

Looking for a class for your homeschooler to take? There’s a growing list of locations that offer homeschool specific classes (some at great discounts!). Check out the Classes Tab! This list is continually being added to, as new classes are being created all over the city! There are so many opportunities! There are some local establishments that offer a discount to homeschoolers to visit during certain times (not necessarily a class).

– – – – – – – – – – –

Are you looking to join a co-op, group or some sort of support network for yourself and your child? Check out the growing list of groups in and around Philadelphia that other homeschoolers are involved in at the Groups/Co-ops Tab.

– – – – – – – – – – –

Do you need some encouragement on this homeschooling Journey? Check out the Christian Encouragement Tab for a listing of past posts written by Gwen Fredette over the years!

– – – – – – – – – – –

Do you have a little one or a friend with some littles that’s considering homeschooling, or has some big kids and some littles in the mix that need some structure to the day? Check out the Toddlers, Pre-K Tab for a full FREE! 35 day plan for teaching them, keeping them busy and enjoying them during your day!

– – – – – – – – – – –

Again, these are all ‘known to me’. I am sure I have missed a few in every spot. Would you shoot me an email or comment and let me know what you have participated in or know about so it can be added to bless other homeschoolers who find this blog? Thanks!

Triskeles Urban Sustainability Leadership Academy

The Urban Sustainability Leadership Academy (USLA) is an after school enrichment program for high school seniors. The goal of USLA is to provide students with long term support in academics, careers placement, and postsecondary education preparation. The program will support youth in developing skills, social awareness, and self-reflection necessary to be successful. Students receive paid incentives throughout the program and also get placed in a paid internship in their dream career field. USLA provides the trainings and connections needed to boost opportunities in the lives of young people. We know that a one-size-fits-all approach limits potential and limits an individual, which is why we collaborate with talented and diverse community partners to bring to light the world’s opportunities and create concrete moments for young people to explore themselves in relationship to the steps necessary to get to where they want to go, specifically when it comes to their future careers.
