All Homeschoolers* in Philadelphia should have received an email or letter from the School District requesting homeschoolers to submit their “Home Schooling Evaluation Certification” by June 30th. The “Home Schooling Evaluation Certification” is the form or letter provided by an evaluator after a student is evaluated. If you did not receive an email or letter from the school district, please contact the Homeschooling Office via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Their phone # is 215-400-6695.

*NOTE: These “Home Schooling Evaluation Certifications” do not apply to students attending virtual charter schools.
Also if you have submitted a Notice of Intent to Homeschool (for students age 6 and 7) you are not required to summit a Home Schooling Evaluation Certification.
