Pennsylvania Ballet Dress Rehearsal Program

Every year homeschoolers have the opportunity to see Pennsylvania Ballet Dress Rehearsals for FREE!

My oldest daughter and I have loved being a part of this program!

To participate, you must fill out and mail in the following registration form to Phil Juska, Director of Outreach & Education by October 7th, 2011.  A copy of this form will need to be mailed in for EACH ballet you’re interested in.  Note:  Depending on the number of submissions, you may not necessarily be able to attend all of the ballets you have requested.
